DEEP DEEP LIGHT WATERCOLOUR
PORTRAIT PAINTING WORKSHOP
Venue: Dunchurch Village Hall & Sports Ground
Timing: 10am – 4.00pm
Cost: £85 for the day including watercolours and watercolour paper.
This workshop will explore portraiture from life, and from photographic/ tablet/ iPad reference using the unique Deep Deep Light watercolours.
The session will include drawing the head from life, to develop your personal skills.
Studying the head as a three dimensional form.
Using watercolours to capture the personality of the sitter.
During the day you will investigate the use and mixing of the unique DDL Watercolours, observational and expressive ways of drawing and painting. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as individual support is given throughout the day.
Essential equipment is supplied for you, but you are encouraged to bring your sketchbook and your own personal equipment for your observations.
Light refreshments – tea, coffee, squash and biscuits are available throughout the day. Please bring a packed lunch.

PLEIN AIR WORKSHOP

There are plenty of subjects to draw in this popular location from the house, river, trees, beautiful gardens, parkland, and wild-life to figures, making this an ideal place to put your learning into practice.
This will be a fineliner, pen and ink and wash workshop. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as individual support is given throughout the day.

CREATIVE INK & COLOURED PENCIL WORKSHOP NATURAL HISTORY SUBJECTS
Venue: Dunchurch Village Hall and Sports Ground. CV22 6PN
Time: 10am – 4.00pm
Cost: £50
This workshop explores the techniques of pen and ink drawing and other media to produce original and creative nature images.
Workshop fee includes the use of a range of inks and coloured pencils for the day.
Please bring a drawing pen and A3 watercolour pad or sheets of watercolour paper.
Previous experience in drawing and painting is desirable but not essential as group and individual tuition is given throughout the workshop.
Light refreshments – coffee, tea, squash and biscuits are provided at your convenience during the day. Please bring packed lunch.
